The octagon was favored by the Cotswold craftsmen from the English Arts & Crafts Movement. Here it is used to shape the legs and combined with Shaker inspired simplicity. The contrasting wood leg caps provide a pleasing accent, which mimics the drawer pulls on the matching case pieces.
